Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 large Egg for egg wash

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until a soft dough forms.
  3. 3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  5. 5. Divide the dough into two pieces. Roll each piece into a boat shape.
  6. 6. Fill the center of each dough boat with mozzarella and feta cheese.
  7. 7. Brush the edges with egg wash.
  8. 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
