Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes

- 1 lb Kielbasa sliced
- 3 Bell Peppers sliced
- 4 Potatoes diced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add bell peppers and potatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
