Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • ½ cup kimchi juice
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Optional: sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add cooked rice, kimchi juice, and soy sauce. Stir well.
  4. Push the rice to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  5. Mix the eggs into the rice. Add sesame oil and green onions. Stir well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
