Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Whisk together and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
