Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 bunch Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade. Mix until the beef is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy!
