Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and coat them well with the sauce.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
