Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 unit red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 unit green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 unit green onions, chopped
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Cook chicken until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté bell peppers and garlic until tender.
  4. Add chicken back to the pan. Stir in peanuts and green onions.
  5. Mix chicken broth, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Pour into the pan.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens. Serve hot.
