Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lamb, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your liking.
  6. 6. Serve hot with pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
