Ingredients

  • 4 oz Dark Chocolate chopped
  • ½ cup Butter unsalted
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs large
  • ¼ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the flour until just combined. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve immediately.
