Lebanese Mountain Bread
This is a traditional Lebanese flatbread, perfect for wraps or as a side.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll each one out into a thin circle.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each piece of dough for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
