  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll each one out into a thin circle.
  5. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each piece of dough for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
