Lemon Basil Chicken Pasta

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pasta uncooked
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh, chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Stir in the lemon zest and juice, then add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine.
5. Add the chopped basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra basil and Parmesan if desired.
