Lemon Blueberry Parfait
A refreshing and easy-to-make dessert with layers of lemony yogurt and fresh blueberries.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or lemon-flavored
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoon Honey or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In serving glasses, layer the yogurt mixture and blueberries alternately.
Top with a few blueberries and a drizzle of honey if desired.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
