  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or lemon-flavored
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Honey or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  2. In serving glasses, layer the yogurt mixture and blueberries alternately.
  3. Top with a few blueberries and a drizzle of honey if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
