  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon juiced and zested
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  5. Add lemon juice, zest, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
