Lemon Butter Green Beans
A simple and delicious side dish of green beans tossed in lemon butter.

- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add green beans, lemon zest, and juice. Toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve warm.
