  1. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add green beans, lemon zest, and juice. Toss to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
