- ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ cup Butter unsalted
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
