Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta uncooked
  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
