Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 whole Lemon juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. 3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute, making sure not to burn the garlic.
  5. 5. Pour in the lemon juice and sprinkle the lemon zest over the pork chops. Let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
