Lemon Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Linguine
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Add the cooked linguine, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
