Main Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add lemon zest and juice to the skillet. Stir to combine.
5. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the shrimp mixture. Add parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
