  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 whole Lemon sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, and thyme.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, add asparagus and lemon slices around the chicken.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
