Lemon Herb Chicken Asparagus Recipe
A simple and delicious recipe combining lemon herb chicken with fresh asparagus.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 whole Lemon sliced
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, and thyme.
Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, add asparagus and lemon slices around the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
