- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 piece Lemon juiced and zested
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, and zest.
2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
