Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken cubes to the bowl and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
