- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice about 2 lemons
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice until well combined.
Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped basil. Whisk to combine.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Whisk again.
Let the sauce sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve drizzled over your favorite dishes.
