A refreshing and tangy lemon sorbet, perfect for a hot day.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Add lemon juice and zest to the cooled syrup.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Stir the mixture every hour to break up ice crystals.
