- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice about 1 large lemon
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2-4 tablespoon water as needed to thin
In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, maple syrup, and salt.
Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
