  • 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.
