- 500 g Ground beef
- 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer.
