  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine peas, Parmesan, basil, garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped.
  3. 3. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until the mixture is smooth.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
