Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 2 cups water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the lentils and soak them in water for 2 hours.
  2. Drain the lentils and blend them with 2 cups of water until smooth.
  3. Add salt, cumin, and coriander powder to the batter and mix well.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it out thinly.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
