Instructions
Rinse the lentils and soak them in water for 2 hours.
Drain the lentils and blend them with 2 cups of water until smooth.
Add salt, cumin, and coriander powder to the batter and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it out thinly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
