Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked lentils and soy sauce. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
