Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 Lemons organic, washed
  • 1 liter Vodka high proof
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
  2. Place the lemon peels in a jar and pour the vodka over them. Seal the jar.
  3. Let the mixture infuse for 7 days at room temperature.
  4. After 7 days, strain the lemon peels from the vodka.
  5. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Let it cool.
  6. Mix the simple syrup with the infused vodka. Bottle the limoncello and refrigerate.
