Loaded Reuben Totchos Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, served as loaded totchos.

Main Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen tater tots 32 oz
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut drained
- 1 cup corned beef diced
- ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
Remove tater tots from oven and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add shredded Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and corned beef. Toss to combine.
Return mixture to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using. Serve immediately.
