Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots 32 oz
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup corned beef diced
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
  3. Remove tater tots from oven and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add shredded Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and corned beef. Toss to combine.
  4. Return mixture to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  5. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using. Serve immediately.
