Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. 2. Add the tomato paste and paprika, cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the white wine and fish stock, bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the lobster meat and heavy cream, cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Blend the soup until smooth, then strain to remove any solids.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve hot.
