Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and lobster meat in a large bowl. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and chopped parsley on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
