Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 lb Cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and lobster meat in a large bowl. Mix well.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and chopped parsley on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
