Ingredients

  • 2 lb Cooked lobster meat chopped
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • 4 Hot dog buns split top
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobster meat for about 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain and chop the lobster meat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well.
  3. 3. Brush the hot dog buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
  4. 4. Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture. Serve immediately.
