  • 2 lbs lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobster meat for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Let it cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. 3. Add the chopped lobster meat, celery, and dill to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
