Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mango puree

Topping

  • 1 cup mango slices
  • 0.25 cup mango puree

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and mango puree.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 1 hour or until set. Cool completely.
  5. Top with mango slices and puree before serving.
