Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 breasts chicken, cubed
  • 1 unit red bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 unit yellow bell pepper, cubed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken, mango, and bell peppers onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
