Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
- 1 cup Mango puree
1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
2. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and whisk until completely dissolved.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
4. Stir in mango puree until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
