- 2 cups Mango Pulp fresh or canned
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- ¼ cup Granola for topping
In a blender, combine mango pulp, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth.
In parfait glasses, layer the mango lassi mixture and granola.
Top with a sprinkle of granola and serve immediately.
