- 2 cups Mango, diced
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, cucumber, and red onion.
2. Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss everything together until well mixed.
3. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
