  • 1 Baguette sliced
  • 2 Mangoes diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ½ Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
  6. Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous spoonful of mango salsa.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
