Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Manicotti shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh basil, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt, pepper, and basil.
  4. Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
