  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the maple Dijon mixture over them, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
