- 2 whole Acorn Squash halved and seeded
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place acorn squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the mixture onto the squash halves.
Bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
