Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg yolk and ice water. Mix until dough comes together. Press into a tart pan.
Bake crust for 15 minutes. Let cool.
In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, cream, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in pecans.
Pour filling into cooled crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
Let tart cool before serving.
