Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Flatbread
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 pieces Tomatoes sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Brush each flatbread with olive oil.
Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbreads.
Top with sliced tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
