Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Cherry Peppers cored and seeded
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Herbs such as parsley, basil, or chives
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Stuff each cherry pepper with the cream cheese mixture using a spoon.
  3. 3. Place the stuffed peppers in a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
