  • 2 pounds Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and return potatoes to pot.
  3. Mash potatoes with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
