Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 4 large Eggs room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, matcha powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
