- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 teaspoon sweetener (optional)
1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove lumps.
2. Add hot water to the bowl and whisk until the matcha is fully dissolved and frothy.
3. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
4. Pour the warm milk into the bowl with the matcha mixture and whisk to combine.
